Global Warming and Water

Introduction:

The social issue with global warming, specifically the water reactions is that when this happens an estimated 50 million people will be replace because of water rising. Another part to this is, as you can see the ice. The ice will make the water cooler for more of the year until there is no more ice. This means the fish will die to the change of water temperature. Then with the fish being gone millions of people will not get the nutrients from the fish that are needed to survive.

Background Info:
Global Warming is the process globe getting warmer. It’s also when the water temperature increases and causes havoc with corral and fish. The third part is the human part. When the water in the rivers dries up and there is no water to refill the rivers. And if the water is too cold or warm the fishes will leave and the people will die.
The history of Global Warming started in the 1800’s when European counties started making factories. The output of the factories is Co2. This is bad for the earth. After many years of the factories polluting, steam boats came along. Then the car and the plane. Now some of the other pollutants are coming from petroleum, natural gas, coal and mining.

The causes to global warming are using electricity (light bulbs, TV’s, ect.), mining coal and fossil fuels and cars polluting. Scientists have predicted that if the worlds’ people don’t lower the pollution by 80% the outcome will be irreversible.

My opinion on this is that we need to have a more “green” system for energy. That contributes to a lot of pollution. Also another problem is cars. The car companies need to either go hydrogen cell cars or an extremely green car.

What was supposed to be learned in this graph is the more the temperature raises the less fresh water there will be. Also with the temperature on the rise Greenland and Antarctica are losing more and more ice. This means that the oceans will ride and cause about 50 million people move from there homes around the world. Hot water takes up more space than cold water.

What was supposed to be learned from this graph is the thickness of the glaciers all over the world is getting thinner and thinner every year. This is happening because of the temperature is rising which has caused glaciers to vanish. A few years ago there were around 36 glaciers and now that number is around thirty-two.

What was supposed to be learned from this graph is that the more carbon dioxide is in the atmosphere is that it makes the winters shorter, its killing fish and making dead zones all over the world and its destroying the water for many people in Asia. The only way this can be stopped is if the world can go 60 to 80 percent greener in the next quarter century. Lastly carbon dioxide is bad to breathe if you breathe too much of it you may get health problems.
